Our Mission

Our mission is not only to provide the utmost quality in design and construction services, but we believe it is of paramount importance that our staff is always respectful to our clients and their neighbors. We understand that often times our work brings us into our clients homes; and that the respect, sensitivity and positive attitude from our employees impacts our clients’ happiness. We will do whatever is necessary to work through all challenges that arise. Over half of our clients are repeat, and we believe that speaks for itself.

So Who Are We?

Ayal Frenkel and Daniel Farkash were friends long before they were business partners. Meeting for the first time in Junior High, and staying best friends through High School, they both began separate construction companies before joining together in 1986. They soon realized that their combination of strengths and specialties, along with their similar business beliefs, allowed them to create a successful business, and in 1987 DNA (Daniel N Ayal) Construction was founded. To date they have provided over 25 years of superior design and construction services for their clients.

Our Staff

A company is only as good as its employees. Our managers have been with us for over 15 years, and our regular staff for an average of 7 years. Most of the work we do is in house - This means we perform most of the task ourselves. From foundation work to electrical wiring, plumbing, and building cabinets, we control the timing and quality with our own crew. And, if we do require extra manpower or specialized services, we have a select few subcontractors that we can rely on to help get the job done right.
